San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center provides life-long service coordination to qualified children and adults with developmental disabilities living in its service area. SG/PRC\’s role is to assess children and adults with qualifying disabilities and connect them to the services they need to live the highest quality life possible in their communities.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Families must live in the service area. The disability must have begun before the age of 18, be expected to continue indefinitely, and constitutes a substantial handicap for the individual.
