Utility Users Tax Exemption exempts income eligible households with at least one member that is 62 years or older or person with a disability age 55 or older from paying tax on communication, electric and gas.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements At least one member that is 62 years or older and income below $13,950, or low income households with a disabled person age 55 or older.
