The User-Subsidy Taxicab Program is available to registered Dial-A-Ride members who have transportation needs to pre-approved Medical Facilities outside of the City of Norwalk and accessible taxicab voucher service. A Swipe TaxiCard is required to use this service.
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Must have a pre-approved transportation need to a medical facility outside of the City of Norwalk for transportation.
