The City of Norwalk provides information about the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program. This program helps pay for services provided to Medi-Cal recipients who are 65 years of age or older, or legally blind, or adults and children with a disability, so they can remain safely in their home.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be a California resident, live at home or a dwelling of your own choosing, and submit a completed Health Care Certification form.
