City of Baldwin Park\’s Home Improvement Loan Program provides immediate financial resources needed to assist eligible income owner occupants to make needed repairs to their homes throughout the City. This program offers many households, senior citizens, and disabled/handicapped property owners grants up to $10,000 for essential home repairs.
