The Bridges program helps inform families and young people with disabilities about benefits and opportunities, helping them transition to independent living and self-sufficiency. The program helps participants evaluate which SSI benefits may assist them.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be currently receiving SSI/SSDI/CDB, or about to become eligible when turning 18. Disability must impact ability to find gainful employment. Parents must agree to participate in three workshops.
