Human Services Association (HSA)
The Linkages program provides support in daily and crucial living activities for those who have mental health issues that prevent them from living independently. Care management, assessments, advocacy and referral to other services are provided.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Must be unable to perform daily living tasks or manage their own affairs.
