PACE provides free minor home repairs for eligible senior and disabled homeowners in the City of Los Angeles to address health, safety, and security issues in and around their home.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
1) Services available to senior citizens or disabled homeowners and renters or households with a disabled member. 2) Must be income eligible. 3) Property must be a single family home, condominium, townhome, co-op, mobile home or owner-occupied duplex.
