The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) provides education and counseling on Medicare and related health insurance issues for individuals who are eligible or who are soon to become eligible for Medicare.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Services are offered to individuals 65 years of age or older who are eligible for Medicare; individuals younger than age 65 years of age with a disability who are eligible for Medicare; and individuals soon to be eligible for Medicare.
