Home Improvement Program provides free home improvement services for people with a disability and senior citizens in Torrance. Services include disability home upgrades, light plumbing, yard services, paint, and minor repairs.
Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must own and live in a single family residence. Income limits apply.
