Momentum’s Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN) provides occupational, physical, and speech services to help children with an autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, developmental delays, orthopedic and neurological challenges, and sports-related injuries.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
