Resource for Education, Advocacy, Communication, and Housing (REACH)

REACH provides Supported Living Services by helping individuals with disabilities such as cerebral palsy or autism find and coordinate support in order to live more independently.

Eligibility Requirements Must be a current client of a Regional Center and have expressed the desire to live in his/her own home independently or through an advocate.
